We had the best time exploring the awesome little villages in the Bergisches Land. The landscape was so stunning, it felt like we were in a movie. The hotel itself was a total escape from reality, perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was super tasty. We even took a stroll through the charming town center and caught a movie. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.

That there wasn't much happening for us young party-goers. We were hoping for some more fun and exciting activities in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The building had a charming atmosphere and the antique furniture added to its appeal. The pool was fantastic and the breakfast was extensive, although it could have included mushrooms and tomatoes. The staff, especially the young chap at the front desk, were lovely and friendly. we had a great experience and we will definitely be back.

A hotel, whose size one does not suspect with the approach (at the edge of a much frequented road) and whose tradition surprises in view of the modern sounding designation! There's no reason to complain about anything. Especially the breakfast is bombastically good!

The staff was above average, friendly! Whether it’s staff at dinner, breakfast, reception or “lobby boy”. The rooms were spacious and comfortable even for the stay with a child. , Every day we discovered something new, the hotel was amazingly beautiful!

Breakfast is not the best. I missed tomato juice, salads (meat, herring salads .). products from the region. as well as sausages, honey and eggs. Both packaged jam and butter do not work at all. The hotel is very noisy and quite old.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were fantastic and the swimming pool was a highlight - it was open until 22h and free of charge for all guests to use. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety of food to choose from and excellent service, especially in the restaurant. Additionally, the staff were very polite and helpful, going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The hotel also had free parking and was in a great location, ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to explore the surrounding area.

Not one thing to fault about this hotel or this city. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and highly recommend it to others.

Very nice staff. Very cosy hotel. The interiour was not tip top everywhere (I.E. corridors need redecorating) but very cosy and good atmosphere. The spa was very nice and beautifully decorated. Good breakfast. Big rooms.

The atmosphere of the hotel is something special! The rooms are clean and large, the staff very friendly. The breakfast is extensive.

The rooms to the slope are really only recommended for one night, otherwise the extra charge for a room with view to the garden is worthwhile in any case. Speed and stability of the WLAN can be improved.

The hanging space for clothes and safe in the room were convenient touches. We also appreciated the heightened security provided by the bedroom door. The quality of the food at the buffet style breakfast was excellent, and we found plenty of choice to satisfy our taste buds. The hotel's decision to switch to a buffet style dinner menu was a wise one, as the quality was consistently maintained. The forest setting and proximity to the local town and countryside added to our enjoyment of the stay. And we must mention the mojito cocktail - it was the best we've ever had!

The hotel is very nice - friendly staff, very nice rooms and breakfast. We went cross country skiing and were able to enjoy in the evening in the sauna and pool. Dinner was also great. I will certainly stay in the hotel again.
